Where can I download PDFs of my mail?
You can download individual letters, postcards, and checks via as PDFs via their respective details pages you open by first navigating to the Letters, Postcards or Checks pages via the sidebar.
Can I export multiple PDFs at once?
You are unable to export multiple PDFs as a batch action in DocuPost. You can however export a CSV containing all mail of a particular mail type by navigating to the Letters, Postcards, or Checks pages via the sidebar.
Are there any limitations to data export?
Yes, DocuPost currently supports only PDF exports for individual mail details and CSV exports for all-time data for letters, postcards, and checks.
How often can data be exported?
There are no restrictions on how often you can export data from DocuPost.
