Improper Spreadsheet Formats

When using DocuPost for bulk mailings, one common issue is the improper formatting and matching of fields in your mailing list. View the upload CSV section within our manage mailing lists for detailed information.

Missing or Invalid Address Information

For your DocuPost mail to successfully pass the processing stage without holding up the process via a validation error, you need valid ZIP codes and accurate return address information. This information is essential for obtaining USPS postage and ensuring your mail reaches the right destination.

Check ZIP Codes and Return Addresses

Incorrect ZIP codes or return addresses can cause errors. Verify that your addresses meet USPS standards. If incorrect, cancel the mailing, correct the errors, and re-submit.

If DocuPost displays an error relating to system service, verification, errors while logging in that are unrelated to passwords that can be reset using the reset password flow, or other unexpected technical errors, please contact support.
