Billing

Overview

The funds and billing page is where you view and manage your current balance, add funds, while having a clear display of the DocuPost's pricing structure.

Add Funds and Refill Balance

You can access DocuPost's billing page by clicking Billing in the primary sidebar navigation.

Add Funds

To add funds, enter the desired amount in the input field next to the Add Funds button. Once you have entered the amount, click the Add funds button to proceed. You have the option to auto-refill your balance by clicking the checkbox titled Auto-refill balance to the left of the Add Funds button.

DocuPost accepts all major credit cards.

Make Payment

You will proceed to make the payment via Stripe. When making a payment via Stripe, you may be asked to enter the verification code that is sent to the mobile phone attached to your Stripe account via SMS. If you have issues with verifying your phone number with Stripe, you may be able to proceed by clicking a button that allows you to pay via Stripe without using Stripe's Link service.

Below the payment methods, you will also find detailed pricing information for mailing letters, checks, postcards, and additional options. This helps you understand the costs associated with using DocuPost services and manage your account balance accordingly.

Additionally, in the Optional Account Add-ons section, where you can find information about DocuPost Premium, with a Subscribe now button, which triggers a Stripe-hosted billing page where you can subscribe for DocuPost premium.   • To see your DocuPost payment and transaction history, click the Payment History button in the top right of the Billing page, next to the Update Payment Method button.

  • To update your payment method, click the Update Payment Method in the top right of the Billing page, next to the Payment History button. Here you will be redirected to a Stripe page, where you provide your email address, receive a one-click link in your inbox, and proceed to a payment method update flow.

  • At this time, you do not. You receive receipts for the funds that you add. You add funds via the Add funds button. This adds funds to your balance, which you auto-refill or not. Your funds are drawn down by the orders you make. That said, you have the ability to check your payment history.
