Understanding Cancellation

Cancellation Window

When you send a letter through DocuPost, there is a limited time window during which you can cancel your mail piece. This window typically lasts between 5 minutes and a few hours. It is important to act quickly to cancel the letter within this timeframe. If you do not see the red "Cancel send" button, this means that the cancellation window has closed and there is no way to cancel your letter.

If the cancellation window has passed and you cannot cancel the letter, it will be sent to the recipient specified. Please note that acting within the allowed time is crucial to prevent the letter from being sent.
