Connecting Zapier with DocuPost
Open your web browser and go to the Zapier website.
Log in to your Zapier account. If you don't have one, sign up for a free account.
Use the search bar to find the 'DocuPost' integration.
Click on the 'DocuPost Postal Mail Integrations' result.
Click the 'Connect' button on the integration page.
In a new tab, visit the DocuPost API token page: https://app.docupost.com/zapier.
Copy your API token from the provided field.
Return to the Zapier page and paste the copied API token when prompted.
Managing API Tokens
To find your API token for the Zapier integration with DocuPost, follow these steps. First, open your web browser and go to https://app.docupost.com/zapier. Log in using your DocuPost credentials if you aren't already logged in.
Once you are logged in, you will see your API token displayed on the Zapier integration page. Highlight the token with your mouse, right-click, and select Copy. Then, go to the Zapier app where you can paste this token when prompted.
Important: Your API token is like a password that allows Zapier to access your DocuPost account. Make sure to keep it secure and do not share it with anyone you do not trust.
If you ever need to update your API token, perhaps because you believe it has been compromised or you simply want to refresh it, go back to the Zapier integration page on DocuPost. There should be an option to generate a new API token. Follow the same steps to copy and paste the new token into Zapier.
