Send recall notices quickly and efficiently using DocuPost by uploading your recall information and recipient list, then letting the service handle the printing and mailing.
Upload PDF with recall information
To start uploading your recall notice PDF, go to the Send Lettersection of DocuPost.
1. Click on the Upload Document button.
2. Select the PDF file from your computer that contains the recall information.
3. Make sure the document is formatted correctly and includes all necessary details.
Format Your PDF Correctly

Upload spreadsheet with recipient addresses for recall notice
To upload a spreadsheet containing recipient addresses for recall notices, navigate to the Addressbook section in DocuPost to manage your mailing list.
Select the spreadsheet file from your computer that includes all the recipient addresses. Ensure the spreadsheet is correctly formatted and includes all required fields.

Send bulk recall notices via mail
To send bulk recall notices using DocuPost, start by navigating to the Send Letter section.
After uploading both the PDF containing the recall information and the spreadsheet with the recipient list, review the uploaded documents to ensure accuracy.
Next, choose your mailing options. You can select between black & white or color printing, and decide if you need certified mailing.
Before sending, confirm all details, including the documents and recipient list, to make sure everything is correct.
Once you have reviewed and confirmed all details, go ahead and send the mail. DocuPost will handle the rest, ensuring your recall notices reach their recipients quickly.
