Didn't mean to click "Send"? After you've sent a check, you are able to cancel the mailpiece for a limited window of time, typically between 5 minutes and up to a few hours. If you have accidentally sent mail, please cancel it as soon as possible.
Please note: If you have mailed a check inadvertently, and are beyond the cancellation window, please place a stop check/payment order with your bank for the check as soon as possible and notify the recipient to disregard the check.
To do this, first go to the detail page for your mail. You can do this by clicking "Checks" from the left sidebar of DocuPost.
Once you've navigated to the detail page for your mail, a "Cancel" button will appear in the upper right of the screen if your mailpiece is within the cancellation window.
To cancel your mail, simply click this button.
If the button does not appear, you are beyond the cancellation period and your mail will be sent to the recipient you entered.
