How long is data retained?

After mailing a document or postcard, DocuPost provides a preview of the mailing from your dashboard, along with the return and recipient address information.

While address information and mailing dates remain active in your account, previews of the content of your documents and/or postcards are generally removed following ninety (90) days from the date of the mailing.

In line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, our retention policy is aimed at ensuring data security and privacy.

Should you misplace the originally uploaded materials and wish to retain the contents of mailings, you may download the content from your dashboard prior to the 90-day retention period.
