From the left sidebar of DocuPost, click "Letters" to see your recently mailed documents.

From this screen, you will see a listing of all the letters you've sent.

To see details, click on a letter.

From this screen, you will find all the details about your mailpiece, as well as tracking information at the top, and an estimated delivery date. The delivery date estimate is typically very accurate and takes into account postal holidays, weekends and other factors.  DocuPost cannot guarantee exact-day delivery or postmark dates.

First Class mail takes 3-10 days to deliver generally, sometimes less. The delivery date provided on your dashboard and before mailing is an estimate but is generally accurate.

For regular mail, "Processed for delivery" means that the item has reached the final destination sort facility and either has been or will be delivered shortly. Regular First Class mail is not scanned upon delivery by USPS mail carriers. DocuPost offers as much visibility as we have into the process.

For Certified mail, the USPS tracking link is available on your mailing detail page. If you have chose the "return receipt" option, you can also retrieve this from the USPS.com tracking page.

Once your mailpiece is handed off to USPS, we unfortunately have no greater visibility into the progress of the mailpiece than the information available in the dashboard. Sometimes, USPS does not scan the item until it reaches closer to its destination, but rest assured mailpieces are handed off promptly.
